Baking instructions chocolate cookies

It's so easy to bake 15 chocolate cookies:

      1. Either remove 175 g butter from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before use or heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
      2. Open the freshness seal, remove the sugar sachet and set it aside.
      3. Put the softened butter in a large bowl and whip together with the sugar from the sugar sachet for 3 minutes using the food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (level 2 with spatula).
      4. Add 1 egg and mix for another minute. Now add the baking mixture and stir in for approx. 1 minute (with Thermomix, turn counterclockwise at level 2 with a spatula) until a smooth dough is formed. If necessary, stir again by hand with the spatula.
      5. Use the dough to form 15 balls (60g each) either:
        • Cut off the dough with a tablespoon of dough, shape a ball with your hand and press it flat to 2 cm (the cookies should be about 2 fingers high) or
        • Cut the dough with an ice cream scoop (no flattening necessary)
      6. Place on a baking sheet, plate or board lined with baking paper, cover with cling film / cloth and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (refrigerator).
      7. 15 minutes before the cookies are baked, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
      8. Place the shaped cookies 5 cm apart on the 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for 18 minutes. Pour cookies off the baking sheet and let them cool before serving or storing them in an airtight container (cookie jar).

Always put one baking sheet in the oven!

Freezing:
The raw cookies can also be frozen perfectly. If you want to bake them: just put them in the oven at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for 22 minutes.
