Keto Donuts with Applesauce & Cinnamon

Ingredients:

For the donuts:

2 eggs (size L)
3 heaped tablespoons sugar substitute (corresponds to 30 g) | e.g.: Honig
or erythritol
200 ml milk (alternatively: almond milk, oat milk, rice milk)
200 g coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon or organic roomtsugar or Organic gingerbread spice
Marrow of a vanilla bean
1 packet of baking powder
100 g sugar-free applesauce

for the glaze:

3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tablespoons sugar substitute | e.g.: Honey
1 tsp cinnamon or organic roomtsugar or Organic gingerbread spice
5 tbsp hazelnuts (chopped)

Preparation

Ketogenic Donuts:

The eggs with the Honey or erythritol until a fluffy mass is formed. milk, coconut flour, cinnamon or organic roomtsugar or Organic gingerbread spice, vanilla pulp, baking powder and apple sauce, stir into the fluffy egg and honey mixture.

Grease a donut pan with some coconut oil. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20 minutes. Turn the donuts out of the mold and let them cool.

for the glaze:

For the glaze, melt the coconut oil. Honey or erythritol and cinnamon or Organic cinnamon sugar or Organic gingerbread spice stir in the melted coconut oil.

Dip the donuts in the glaze. Immediately sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts. Serve & enjoy!
