500 g Browse pizza flour
1 pack of dry yeast, alternatively ½ cube of fresh yeast
275 ml of lukewarm water
8 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
For the pizza dough:
If you are using the pizza batter mix, prepare the batter according to the baking instructions on the back of the can.
If you make the dough yourself, follow these baking instructions:

Knead the flour with yeast, lukewarm water, olive oil and a little sea salt.

Cover and let the focaccia dough rise in the oven at 30 ° C for 40 minutes to an hour.

Then knead the dough again and roll it out one centimeter thick, depending on the desired shape. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle the dough with olive oil.

Coarsely grate the cheese and distribute evenly over the focaccia. Spread the vegetables and herbs on the dough according to your own imagination so that a meadow of flowers is created.

Bake the garden focaccia in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the size of the flatbreads.

Take out and serve fresh with a salad or enjoy chilled.
