Superfood Energy Balls
Ingredients:
80 g dates
30 grams of pumpkin seeds
50 g nuts of your choice (e.g. walnuts, almonds)
Juice of half an orange | alternatively tangerine
200 g alpine millet pops | alternatively amaranth pops
1⁄2 tsp nettle seeds | alternatively rosehip powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 EL honey
optional:
Cinnamon
Marrow of a vanilla bean
OR
1 baking mix organic date balls erdbeere or Coconut
95ml hot water
To roll:
Organic cornflower blossoms blue
Organic flower magic
Organic rose petals
nettle seeds
Rose hip powder
Edible meadow flowers

Preparation
For the Superfood Energy Balls:

Pit the dates and chop roughly. Chop the dates, pumpkin seeds and nuts in the blender. Add all remaining ingredients and mix finely.

Form about 25 small balls from the mass with wet hands and place in dried flowers (Organic cornflower blossoms blue, Organic flower magic, organic rose petals, nettle seeds, rosehip powder, edible meadow flowers, etc.) to roll
3.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Open the freshness seal of the respective mixture and put the ingredients in a bowl. Pour 95 ml of boiling water over the ingredients, stir briefly and leave to swell for 5 minutes.

Form 2 cm balls from the mass and place in dried flowers (Organic cornflower blossoms blue, Organic flower magic, organic rose petals, nettle seeds, rosehip powder, edible meadow flowers, etc.). Depending on your preference, larger balls or bars can also be formed.
3.
Place on parchment paper and refrigerate for at least an hour. The finished date balls can be stored in the refrigerator for around 3 days.
