Apple and pear cake with cinnamon and walnuts

200 g sugar
240 ml of sunflower oil

Preparation:
Preparation of apple and pear cake with cinnamon and walnuts:

Preheat oven to 180°C top and bottom heat. Grease and flour a Bundt cake tin.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and set aside.

Mix eggs, sugar and oil with a mixer or food processor until a light, creamy mixture is formed. Now fold in the prepared apples and pears with a wooden spoon.

Sift the flour mixture over it and fold it in together with the walnuts until a homogeneous dough is formed.
5.
Then pour the dough into the prepared form and bake for approx. 50-60 minutes at 180°C top and bottom heat.
6.
After about 50-60 minutes, take the cake out of the oven, turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool.
Refine with powdered sugar or icing as desired.
