Baking instructions for organic grilled bread
This is how easy it is to bake 1 grilled bread or 3 sticks:
- Open the freshness seal and pour the baking mixture into a bowl. Add 220 ml of lukewarm water (see water line in the can) & knead the dough by hand, the food processor or the Thermomix for about 3 minutes.
- Cover and let the dough rest in the bowl at room temperature (~ 24 ° C) for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Grilled bread: Knead the dough briefly and shape it into the desired grill bread shape.
Sticks: Knead the dough briefly, divide it into approx. 3 equal pieces and shape it into the desired elongated shape (approx. 15 cm). - Cover and leave to rest for another 20 minutes at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven (top-bottom heat) or grill to 230 ° C.
- oven: Grilled bread place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 230 ° C for 10 minutes, then switch down to 190 ° C and bake for another 15 minutes.
