Cleaning
Rinse the motif roll under warm running water and clean with a vegetable brush if there is any leftover dough stuck to the motif.
Please never put it in the dishwasher or place it on the heater to dry!
For a beautiful result
• The cookie dough should be used as cool as possible.
• First roll out the mass with a conventional rolling pin about 7mm.
• Carefully dust the surface and the motif roll with flour and, applying a little pressure, roll the desired pattern onto the surface.
