Grilled nectarines
Preparation
The delicious summer fruit scores with vitamin A and beta-carotene for optimal vision at dusk and beautiful skin. It also provides an extra helping of vitamin E. This fat-soluble vitamin protects our body cells from free radicals and keeps us so young. One serving of the grilled fruit corresponds to about 15 percent of the daily recommendation for vitamin K, which keeps our heart healthy.

Wash, halve and core the nectarines.

Mix lemon juice with honey and brush the cut surfaces with it.

Grill all around on the grill for about 10 minutes.
