Baked avocado egg with cream cheese breakfast ideas

Ingredients:

For the baked avocado egg:

2 avocados
4 eggs
salt & pepper

For the set:

feta
basil

For the cream cheese waffles:

Baking mix organic waffles
5 eggs
200 g creamy cream cheese
175 g flour
50 g sugar
80 g butter (melted)
175 ml of milk
Vanilla pulp
Fresh berries for garnish

For the light cream cheese pancakes:

Baking mix organic pancakes
125 g cream cheese
4 eggs {size L}
Fresh berries for garnish

Preparation

1.

For the baked avocado egg:

Halve the avocados. Remove the core and slightly enlarge the hollow of the core with a spoon.

Place the avocado halves in an ovenproof dish and fill each with an egg.

3.

Season the avocado eggs with salt, pepper and avocado topping and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15-20 minutes.

For the waffles:
Mix all ingredients together. Preheat a waffle iron, pour the mixture into the waffle iron and fry the cream cheese waffles until golden brown.

5.

For the pancakes:
Mix all ingredients together. Heat some butter in a pan and use a ladle to pour some pancake mixture into the pan. Bake the pancakes bit by bit on both sides for a few minutes until golden brown
