Cherry tart
Ingredients:
For the pastry:
1x Organic baking mix Organic shortcrust pastry
For the set:
370 ml sour cherries
some cinnamon and ground cloves
130 ml sour cherry juice
one package of vanilla pudding

Preparation

Place the baking mix in a bowl and prepare according to the baking instructions on the back of the tin. Then put the finished dough in the fridge.

Slightly heat 370ml sour cherries with a little cinnamon, a pinch of ground cloves and 130ml sour cherry juice in a saucepan.

Prepare 1 pack of vanilla pudding and add this with some cherry juice to the warm cherry mixture and stir well. Then let everything cool down.

Take the dough out of the fridge with the rolling pin roll out and put in a mold.

Bake the dough blind for 10 minutes at 180° top and bottom heat.

After the dough has been pre-baked, add the cherry filling, decorate as you like and bake for a further 15 minutes at 180° top and bottom heat.
Garnish with powdered sugar.
