Pineapple orange smoothie

Ingredients 

1 pineapple without stalk (approx. 300 g)
2 peeled oranges (approx. 250 g)
1 apple (approx. 160 g)
1 carrot (approx. 100 g)
300 ml of cold water
100 g ice cubes (optional)
 

Preparation

1.

 Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces, quarter the apple and cut up the carrot. 

2.

Remove the peel from the orange and cut into large pieces.

3.

Put the chopped fruit together in the blender and add 300ml cold water. Then blend finely for 1-2 minutes.

4.

Enjoy fresh or keep in the fridge.
