Red mulled cider
Ingredients:

200 ml naturally cloudy, unsweetened apple juice
1 liter of apple cider
4 tbsp Christmas fruit tea
3 lemons (sliced)
80g brown sugar
3 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon cloves
1-2 star anise
2 apple

Preparation

Cut the lemons into slices. Mix the must with the apple juice in a saucepan.

Christmas fruit tea, sugar, lemon slices, and add the spices.
Let the mulled cider simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Remove the spices and serve the mulled cider garnished with apple slices.
Tip: For an alcohol-free version of mulled cider, prepare it with apple juice. To do this, replace the must with apple juice with a third of water.
