Winter Pancake Board

Ingredients:

For the pancake batter: 
400 ml water
 
For frying: 
Some butter or vegetable fat
 
For the decoration: 
Mini marshmallows
Some cinnamon
Some powdered sugar
 

Preparation

Preparation with our Bake Affair bioBaking mix for winter pancakes:

1.

freshness seal the Organic baking mix winter pancakes Open and place the cake mixture in a large bowl or in a Thermomix mixing bowl.

2.

Then add 400 ml of water to the baking mixture (see water line in the can) and whisk using a whisk or food processor. Leave to soak for 5 minutes.

3.

Heat a shallow pan on the stove on medium heat and coat with a little butter or vegetable fat.

4.

Using a ladle, ice cream scoop or spoon (2 tablespoons per serving), add small dollops to the hot pan and cook the winter pancakes over medium-high heat for about 1 minute on each side, until bubbles form.

5.

Now the hot pancakes can be arranged in a circle on a large plate or board. A small bowl with mini marshmallows is placed in the middle. Sprinkle the finished board with cinnamon and icing sugar and serve.
